Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of crafily.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

Who you are dealing with
This site is run by Crafily, a family studio outside Hagerstown, Maryland. Reach us at [email protected].
What the site is for
It shows finished work, sells pieces that are ready to wear, takes orders for pieces built to your measurement, explains how to ask for a commission, lets you book a seat at a workshop, and lets you write to us.
Anything shown here is an invitation to enquire or to order, and an order is not binding on us until we have confirmed it.
What you agree not to do
- Copy, download in bulk, scrape or republish any part of the site or the work shown on it, except as Copyright and Image Use allows.
- Use anything here to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning system.
- Send anything unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or that you do not have the right to send.
- Attempt to break, overload, probe or gain access to any part of the site you were not given.
- Pretend to be someone else, or use the site to mislead anyone.
What you send us
You keep ownership of anything you send. By sending it you confirm that you own it or have permission to send it, and that using it as this site describes breaks nobody's rights.
You give Crafily permission to use what you send for the purpose you sent it, to answer you, and to make anything you asked for. Nothing more, unless you say so.
Prices and availability
Where a price is shown it may change without notice, and a ready-to-wear piece may already be gone. Each of those is one of a kind, so when it sells it is gone for good.
Obvious errors may be corrected, and an order may be declined, before anything is charged. A written quote is what binds us on a commission, not a figure on a page.
Made to your measurement
Bracelets, necklaces, earrings and stacking sets are strung after you order, to the stone, spacer, pendant and size you choose. The drawing on the product page is a representation of your choices, not a photograph of the finished piece. Natural stone varies from bead to bead, and that variation is the material rather than a fault in it.
Workshops
A seat is held when it is paid for. Tell us at least 48 hours before a session if you cannot come and the seat moves to another date. Children at a workshop stay in the care of the adult who brought them.
Links to other places
Some links lead to sites we do not run. What happens there is governed by their terms and their privacy policy, not ours, and we are not responsible for it.
No promises about the site itself
The site is offered as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, free of errors, or fit for any particular purpose of yours. Colours on a screen differ from colours in the hand, and a photograph of a stone is not the stone.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any loss that was not foreseeable.
Where we are responsible, the total we owe you for anything connected with the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, or one hundred dollars if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these terms limits anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your rights as a consumer.
Putting things right
If you break these terms and that costs us something, a claim from someone else for instance, you agree to cover what it reasonably costs us to deal with it.
Ending your use of the site
We may withdraw access from anyone using the site in a way these terms forbid. The sections on what you send us, copyright, responsibility and governing law survive.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Maryland, and the courts of Maryland deal with any dispute, which does not take away any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
The rest
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something once does not mean giving it up. These terms, with the documents they link to, are the whole agreement between us about the site.
They may change. The version posted here is the one in force. Last updated 23 October 2026.
